Asian4D Terms & Conditions – Platform Rules for Malaysia Users

This Terms & Conditions document is a legally binding agreement between you as the user and Asian4D as the platform operator. By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the Asian4D platform — whether via the website, mobile app, or any other channel we provide — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms contained in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the Asian4D platform. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendments will be deemed acceptance of those changes.

To register and use the platform Asian4D, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Minimum age requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Asian4D will not accept registrations from underage individuals under any circumstances.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• One account only: Each individual is permitted to hold only one account at Asian4D. Owning more than one account — whether under the same name or different names — is a serious breach of our terms.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. Asian4D reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time.
• Not on the restricted list: You must not appear on any list of individuals prohibited from using online gambling services under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Asian4D reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Account verification may be required before your first deposit or withdrawal is permitted.

Your Asian4D account is your personal responsibility. The following obligations and rules apply to account management:

• You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• Any activity that occurs on your account is considered to have been carried out by you, unless you have immediately reported unauthorised access to Asian4D.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed by another party without your authorisation, contact Asian4D customer support immediately at support@asian4d.run.
• Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other party under any circumstances.
• You are responsible for ensuring your account information remains up to date, including a valid email address and phone number.

Asian4D accepts deposits via legitimate Malaysian payment methods only. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following payment methods and their applicable limits are accepted:

• Asian4D does not charge any processing fees for deposits. Some e-wallet providers or banks may impose their own charges.
• Deposit funds must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in the member's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Any failed deposit resulting from incorrect information or a third-party issue must be reported to customer support within 24 hours.
• Asian4D reserves the right to verify the source of funds before processing deposits above a certain amount, in line with our anti-money laundering compliance obligations.

Withdrawal of winnings from the account Asian4D subject to the following terms and procedures:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM30 per withdrawal request.
• Account verification: First-time withdrawals require identity verification (a copy of your identification document). This process is typically completed within 24 hours.
• Withdrawal method: Withdrawals are only permitted to the same payment method used for the deposit. Funds cannot be withdrawn to a third-party account or e-wallet.
• Processing time: Standard withdrawals are processed within 5–15 minutes. Large withdrawals (exceeding RM10,000) may require 1–3 hours for additional review.
• Daily limit: The standard daily withdrawal limit is RM50,000. VIP members enjoy higher limits.
• Rollover requirement: Any bonus received must fully satisfy the rollover requirement before a withdrawal of the associated funds is permitted.

All bonuses and promotions offered by Asian4D subject to the specific terms stated alongside each offer. The general conditions that apply to all bonuses are as follows:

• RM100 Welcome Bonus: For new members only. An 8x rollover of the total deposit + bonus amount is required before withdrawals are permitted. Example: deposit RM100 + bonus RM100 = RM200 × 8 = RM1,600 in wagers required before withdrawal.
• One bonus per eligible account: Each bonus may only be claimed once per member, IP address, device, and household.
• Validity period: Bonuses have a validity period as stated in the promotional terms. Unused bonuses will expire automatically once the validity period ends.
• Eligible games: Some bonuses are only applicable to specific games or categories. Please review the individual terms of each promotion.
• Bonus abuse restrictions: Using betting strategies designed to exploit bonuses (e.g. opposing bets, excessive hedging) is prohibited and may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Asian4D reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. All decisions made by Asian4D regarding bonuses are final.

Games on the platform Asian4D are subject to the following rules, which apply across all categories — live casino, Sports Betting, poker, cricket, and slots:

• All casino games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been independently audited by international bodies to ensure fairness.
• Game results are final unless there is clear evidence of a technical system error. Any dispute regarding a game result must be raised within 48 hours.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, Asian4D will rely on records stored in our system to determine a fair outcome.
• For Sports Betting and cricket, Asian4D reserves the right to void or revise bets if information used to set the odds is subsequently found to be inaccurate, or if an unforeseeable situation arises.
• Asian4D reserves the right to void any bet accepted in error at an obviously incorrect odds (obvious error).

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform Asian4D and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of winnings:

• Use of bots or automated software: The use of any software, bots, or scripts to automate gameplay or betting actions is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion: Colluding with or sharing information with other players to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited, particularly in poker games.
• Money laundering: The Asian4D platform must not be used for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Identity fraud: Registering using another person's identity or false information is a serious offence that will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• System exploitation: Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities, bugs, or technical weaknesses in the system for personal gain.
• Bonus abuse: Using multiple accounts, devices, or details to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Service disruptions: Any attempt to disrupt, damage, or interfere with the operations of the Asian4D platform.

Asian4D reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision within these Terms & Conditions.
• Inaccurate registration information or identity fraud.
• Suspicious activity or activity inconsistent with normal gameplay behaviour.
• Orders from legal authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Self-exclusion requests made by the member.
• Violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

When an account is closed due to a breach, any legitimate balance (excluding funds linked to activities that violate our terms) will be returned to the member once the investigation is concluded. This process may take up to 30 working days. Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting customer support.

Asian4D will not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• Any losses arising from valid and fair game outcomes.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as internet outages, third-party server issues, or natural disasters.
• Losses arising from the member's own sharing of their password or account credentials.
• Any inaccuracies in the information provided by the member during registration.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses under any circumstances.

Asian4D's maximum total liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Asian4D takes the protection of our members' personal data seriously. The collection, use, and storage of your personal data is governed by Privacy Policy which form part of this agreement.

In summary, we collect data necessary for registration, identity verification, transaction processing, legal compliance, and service improvement. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent. All data is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption.

Asian4D is fully committed to responsible gambling. We believe that entertainment is only meaningful when enjoyed within healthy, manageable boundaries. The following tools and resources are available to our members:

• Daily and monthly deposit limits: Members can set their own deposit limits through their account settings. Limits take effect immediately, and any request to increase a limit is subject to a 48-hour waiting period.
• Loss limit: Set a maximum loss limit per day or per month. The platform will automatically pause your playing activity once the limit is reached.
• Temporary self-exclusion: Members may suspend their own account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days.
• Permanent self-exclusion: If you feel that gambling is becoming a problem, you may apply for permanent self-exclusion. Your account will be closed and you will not be able to re-register.

Asian4D reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time for the following reasons: changes in applicable laws or regulations, changes in business operations, the addition of new features or services, or platform security requirements.

Members will be notified of material amendments via email or an in-platform notice at least 7 days before the changes take effect, unless the amendment is required immediately for legal or security reasons. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the licensing jurisdiction of operation Asian4D. Any disputes arising from the use of the Asian4D platform should first be resolved through direct negotiation with our customer support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, the matter may be referred to a recognised arbitration body in accordance with the procedures set out in our operating licence. The arbitration body's decision is final and binding on both parties.
